KANSAS CITY KANSAS BAPTIST ASSOCIATION

KCKBA is an alliance of congregations representing seven different ethnic groups, worshiping in as many different languages, forming congregations in urban, suburban, small town, and rural areas. Organized in 1953, today there are over 50 Southern Baptist Churches working together in common service.

OUR VISION

The Kansas City Kansas Baptist Association will be a strategic missionary unit in Southern Baptist life by serving its churches as:

A vehicle for doing cooperative missions in our associational area and throughout the Kansas City Area.

A window on the world, enabling
volunteers from the churches to
do missions both nationally and
internationally.

A catalytic agent for strategically
multiplying the number of outlets
in our area for sharing the gospel
of Jesus Christ.

A facilitator and trainer of
the churches’ leaders in the
development of strong churches.
